I currently reside in Paris, France.
I work as a food designer for Exquiste and my partner in the Glassology Contest Sébastien Foulard is co-owner of Jefrey’s bar.
We are a very complementary team. The eye of the designer, the taste of details, alienated to the knowledge of spirits and the sense of hospitality. I strongly believe that the creation goes further by associating talents from different horizons. With crossed views we bring forth ideas beyond the automatisms of personal experience. Stronger together.
Because food design is about making eating a meaningful experience. And there are also some incredible things to imagine and create with cocktails, I define as “liquid gastronomy”.
