I’m Lachlan Gunner, an Australian cocktail bartender whose greatest passtime is entering cocktail competitions of all sorts in an effort to introduce new flavours and concepts to a highly traditional industry. I’ve been participating for years and in 2018 I’m on track to be competing at either a state or national level four times. In mid-2017 I was fortunate enough to win the Chairmans Reserve Mai Tai competition 2017 with my cocktail called “The Dead Cherry Initiative”.
